Twenty-three years on superyachts. A studio under its own name.
T. Fotiadis Design is a Berlin studio for the exterior and interior design of superyachts above 65 metres, founded by Theodoros Fotiadis in 2013.

Quiet work, for a long time.
For almost two decades, Theodoros Fotiadis worked out of sight.
His designs, interior concepts and technical solutions went into landmark yachts across Northern Europe, under other studios' flags, by arrangement and by trust. It was precision work, learned to Northern European shipyard standards, on vessels in build, with real consequences for the people on board.
That period built what the studio stands on today: the technical depth, the relationships it still works through, and the discipline of drawing only what can be built.
The story so far
- 2003
A boat ride, and a moment of speed: a Magnum 50 at 76 knots. Within months, Theodoros was studying yacht and marine design in Fort Lauderdale, meeting owners and captains in Florida and the Greek islands.
- 2005
Begins his own design work.
- 2010
Graduates from design school.
- 2011
Moves to Germany, into the heart of Northern European superyacht building.
- 2013
Founds T. Fotiadis Design in Berlin.
- Mid-2010s
The studio begins publishing its own concepts. Stardom, Ultra2, 5th Element, Neon, August and Spear follow, each covered by Boat International, Robb Report, Forbes or Hansa.
- 2019
Founds Elysium Brands, a maritime creative agency for renderings, film and brand. The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection invites the studio to bring the superyacht lifestyle to how its interiors are seen and sold: a cruise ship meant to feel like a superyacht. The work becomes a benchmark for the group.
- 2026
Theodoros founds Astra Nord, a German shipyard for new builds and refits, so that every T. Fotiadis design has a yard ready to build it. The same year, Sweet Maryi, 52 metres, returns to sea in Athens with new interiors and outdoor areas by the studio.

How we work.
Old school, by choice.
We meet in person. We look people in the eye, shake hands, and do what we promise. When something changes, we call, we sit down together, and we find the solution.
Every project is confidential as a matter of course. We give a clear yes or no from the start. The whole yacht is planned before anyone builds it, and nothing is presented until it has been validated against the build.
The companies around the studio are not a supply chain. T. Fotiadis Design, Elysium Brands and Astra Nord live within each other: the drawing, the image and the yacht, from napkin sketch to realisation. Connected, they are stronger than any one of them alone.
