We collect as little as possible: only what this website needs to work, and what you send us yourself.

2. Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by Wix.com Ltd., Nemal Tel Aviv St. 40, Tel Aviv, Israel. When you visit, the server processes technical data such as your IP address, date and time, the page requested, and your browser and operating system, in order to deliver the website and keep it secure (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). The European Commission recognises Israel as providing an adequate level of data protection. Wix also uses sub-processors in the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. We have no access to individual log entries and do not use them to identify visitors.

3. Images and films

Images and films on this website are delivered from Wix's media servers (static.wixstatic.com and video.wixstatic.com), part of the same hosting service. No third-party video platform is loaded.

4. Enquiry form and email

When you send the enquiry form or write to us, we process the details you give us, such as your name, email address, phone number, company and message, to answer your enquiry and to prepare a possible contract (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR), and in our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). The form is processed by Wix Forms. To send it, your browser obtains a short-lived technical session token from Wix; it is held only in the open page's memory and is not stored on your device. We delete your data when it is no longer needed, unless statutory retention periods apply.

5. Cookies and local storage

Our hosting sets two strictly necessary session cookies so that pages are delivered correctly and securely. Those carry no advertising or analytics purpose and need no consent (§ 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG). Beyond them, this website sets nothing at all unless you allow measurement, and it works in full either way.

If you choose Allow in the measurement notice, we load Google Ads conversion measurement, which sets cookies on your device and sends your truncated IP address, the pages you open and basic device information to Google Ireland Ltd. We use this only to see which pages visitors reach and whether our advertising is working. The legal basis is your consent (§ 25 (1) TDDDG, Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). Google may process data in the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.

If you choose Decline, nothing is loaded and nothing is set. You can change your mind at any time with effect for the future, through Cookie settings at the foot of any page. Your choice itself is remembered in your browser's local storage so that we do not have to ask again; it never leaves your device.

6. Fonts

The fonts on this website are served from our own hosting. No fonts are loaded from third-party servers.

7. Links to other websites

We link to our profiles on Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and Facebook, and to astranord.com. These are plain links: no data is sent to those services until you click one. Once you visit them, their own privacy policies apply.

8. Recipients

We share your data only with the service providers named above, who process it on our behalf, or where the law requires it. We do not sell your data.

9. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR), and to withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. To use these rights, write to studio@tfotiadis.com. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority; ours is the Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit, Alt-Moabit 59–61, 10555 Berlin.

10. Changes

We update this policy when our website or the law changes. The current version is always on this page.
